EVENT RENTALS

The Hub Café and Jayne Snyder Trails Center are available for private events outside of our regular business hours. Our space is perfect for business workshops, holiday parties, graduations, celebrations, wedding rehearsal dinners & showers, birthday parties and everything in between! Rental of the cafe includes the entire lobby as well as the patio on the east end, where alcohol can be enjoyed outdoors weather permitting. Most events need to be booked at least a couple weeks in advance to allow for necessary staffing and local produce orders. Café Rental  FAQs
Occupancy?  We have seating for up to 65 inside the café, while the Fire Marshall limits our total occupancy to 94. In addition to our dining room there is a small private patio that can seat 24 (weather permitting).
Multimedia? Unfortunately, outside of Wi-Fi-internet access, the Hub does not provide any multimedia platforms.
Can I Bring My Own Food & Drink? The Hub only allows limited outside desserts and sweets. No other outside food or drinks are permitted.
Rental Pricing? The Café rental fee is $200 for a minimum of four hours. This includes one staff person and a $100 cleaning fee. Each additional hour is $50 per hour.
Menu? The Hub Café does have a limited catering menu available, we are able to create a custom menu for some events.
Can I decorate and/ or rearrange the room? The Hub does allow limited decorations, we do not allow anything to be hung from painted surfaces, and the host at the close of the event must remove all decorations. While our tables and chairs can be rearranged, space is limited and it may reduce our seating capacity.
Can Liquor Be Served? The Hub’s liquor license does include wine, beer and spirits. We have three keg taps and a small, yet carefully selected of spirits that are recognizable to most consumers.
Is There Parking Available? There is plenty of free and metered street parking available near the Hub.
